Minutes for the June 2003 Meeting of the Fred and Minnie Hill Association.

The G. Fred and Minnie Hill Association met at the Piedmont Pleasent Hill Clubhouse, June 7^th. 54 family members and 2 guests attended.

James spoke a few words inviting everyone to his birthday party the next day.

Joann introduced the people from the Mayo Clinic and reminded people about the memory study.

Baxter presided at the meeting, and the minutes were read and approved.

There was some discussion as to retaining the current officers - a motion to keep the current officers was passed.

Beatrice announced she is distributing a sheet with everyone's ages and that she still has more copies of the Barney's Blood book.

The bank account balance was read. We currently have a balance of $653.69.

Beatrice offered to host the December Meeting the Sunday after Christmas at The BBQ Place.

After some discussion, a motion passed to have the next summer meeting at the clubhouse. Helen volunteered to host.

Reid asked for someone to take on the responsibilty for the flowers for the graves. Cassandra has volunteered to place the flowers on the graves and to order the flowers when family members pass away. The motion was passed to combine the two jobs.

A collection was taken of $95.00.

The group sang "Blest be the Tie that Binds" and the meeting was adjourned.
