Minutes for the December 1996 Meeting of the Fred and Minnie Hill Association.

The Winter 1996 meeting of the Fred and Minnie Hill Association was held at The Barbeque Place on December 29^th.

Guests included Bobby Hollifield and his wife Judy.

Sue opened the meeting with a reading from Ephesians 3.

The following new officers were elected.

President – Tonya

Vice-President – Diane

Sec/Treas. – Julia

Graves – Steve

There was some discussion about moving to only one meeting per year. A motion NOT to change the current meeting schedule was carried.

Judy and David had come across copies of some old newsletters and wondered about working something up which would give news of the individual families. Diane is willing to work on this. Families should give their news to Tonya or Diane.

The next meeting will be June 7, 1997, at Don and Joan’s.

The meeting was concluded with the signing of "Blest Be the Tie That Binds."
