Minutes for the December 1994 Meeting of the Fred and Minnie Hill Association.

The Winter 1994 meeting of the Fred and Minnie Hill Association was held the new Hill’s Hardware location in the old Lowe’s building in Forest City. In welcoming the family members, Robert Hensley spoke about Mr. Fred Hill’s role in the start-up of the business in 1947 and about the business example set by Mr. Fred. He said he hoped and believed Mr. Fred would be pleased with the new store, scheduled to open in early 1995.

The motion was made by Saundra and seconded by Sue that the current officers continue to serve. Motion passed.
